To operate the bot we store your chat ID, username, and the prompts you send to ArtBot. We rely on this data to generate images and improve prompt quality.

2. How We Use Your Data

The information is used solely to process requests, monitor reliability, and prevent abuse. We do not share data with third parties other than infrastructure providers who keep the service running.

3. Storage and Security

Prompt history is retained for a limited period and protected with technical and organisational safeguards. Only team members who need the data for support or product development can access it.

4. Your Choices

You can request deletion, data access, or bot deactivation by emailing privacy@artbot.ai. We aim to respond within seven business days.
