1. Service Overview

ArtBot enables AI-powered image generation based on text prompts. The service is provided for lawful commercial and non-commercial usage only.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that prompts and generated assets comply with applicable laws, third-party rights, and Telegram policies. We may restrict access when we detect misuse or suspicious behaviour.

3. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". While we work to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the accuracy of outputs. ArtBot is not liable for indirect damages related to the bot.

4. Changes to the Terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Updates become effective once published. Continued use of the bot constitutes acceptance of the new version.
